User Persona and Journey Mapping: Wellmigo
I was hired by Wellmigo, a habit building wellness app, to research how their users want to build better habits. I had to consider how people with unique lifestyles and challenges might use the app in order to make the user personas and map out one specific journey. Through research interviews with people who want to build better habits but struggle with time, motivation, consistency etc. I was able to further draw pain points, behaviors and their lifestyles to piece everything together. After putting together my user personas and journey map I was able to apply UX research to real design challenges.
